Will my clients know I outsource my editing?

Absolutely not. We're completely white-label. We never contact your clients, never add watermarks, and never share your work. We create a custom editing profile that matches your exact style, so the output is indistinguishable from your own editing. Many of our clients have been outsourcing for years and no one has ever noticed.

How do you match my editing style?

During onboarding, you send us 20-30 of your best-edited images as reference. We analyze your color palette, contrast preferences, skin tones, and overall aesthetic. Your dedicated editor creates a custom preset and refines it over the first few projects until it's pixel-perfect. Most photographers say we nail it by the second or third batch.

What's the minimum order?

There isn't one. Send us 1 image or 10,000 -- same quality, same attention. We understand freelancers have variable workloads. Some weeks you might send 50 images, other weeks 500. We scale with you, no questions asked.

Can I try before committing?

Yes! Send us 3-5 sample images with your editing preferences and we'll process them free of charge using our full professional workflow. No credit card, no commitment. If you love the results, great. If not, no hard feelings.

How do I upload my files?

However works best for you. Our secure upload portal, Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, FTP -- pick your poison. We handle files of any size and maintain your original folder structure on delivery. Most freelancers use Dropbox for convenience.

What if I don't like the edits?

We fix it, free, unlimited times. Just tell us what needs adjusting -- "warmer tones," "more contrast," "lighter skin retouching" -- and we'll revise it. Most revisions are completed within 2-4 hours. We're not satisfied until you are.
