How long does the whole process take?
From first contact to final video is usually 3-4 weeks. Most of that time is us editing — you just need to be available for the filming day(s) and give feedback on drafts.
What if our team is awkward on camera?
That's actually our specialty. We don't do scripted lines or staged shots. We just hang out until everyone forgets the camera is there. Awkwardness is human — we lean into it.
Do you travel to our office?
Yes! We travel anywhere in the US and Canada. For international locations, just let us know and we'll work out the details. Travel costs are included in all our packages.
What about NDAs and confidentiality?
