How fast can my team start working?

Absolutely. We offer full overlap, partial overlap (4-6 hours), or asynchronous workflows. Most clients prefer a few hours of live overlap for standups.

How do you ensure consistent quality across team members?

Every team has a senior lead artist who reviews all output before delivery. We also create brand style guides for your account, so every artist follows the same visual standards, materials library, and rendering presets.

What communication tools does the team use?

We integrate into whatever you already use -- Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom for calls. For project tracking, we work with Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Trello, or your preferred tool. No new software required on your end.

Can I interview team members before they start?

Yes! We encourage it. After we shortlist candidates, you can review portfolios, conduct video interviews, and even run a paid trial project before committing. You choose who joins your team.

What happens if my workload drops temporarily?

You can scale down your team size with 30 days notice. If it's a short lull (1-2 weeks), we can pause billing or redirect your artists to internal training and skill development so they come back sharper.
