How long does the process take?

Standard turnaround is 7-14 days depending on your package. Need it faster? We offer rush delivery options for an additional fee.

What if I don't like the first draft?

Every package includes unlimited revisions. We'll keep tweaking until it feels exactly right. Most couples are happy after 1-2 small adjustments.

Do I need professional footage?

Not at all! We work with everything - professional videographer footage, iPhone videos from friends, GoPro clips, even Snapchat memories.

Can you use our favorite songs?

Absolutely! We have access to a licensed music library with over 1 million songs. If you have specific songs in mind from Spotify/Apple Music, we can secure proper licensing or create soundalike versions that match perfectly.

How much footage can I send?

As much as you want! Our Premium package includes unlimited footage. Even our Essential package can handle up to 6 hours. We've edited weddings with over 30 hours of raw footage before - nothing surprises us.

Do you fix bad audio?

Yes! We use professional audio restoration tools to remove background noise, wind, echo, and balance volume levels. We can isolate vows and speeches even when recorded on phones in loud rooms.

Can you remove people or objects?

We offer object removal, sky replacement, and minor touch-ups. We can soften harsh lighting, fix exposure issues, and even remove unwanted guests from background shots for an additional fee.

What if my wedding was years ago?

We love anniversary projects! Many couples find old wedding footage 5, 10, even 20 years later and want it properly edited. We can restore, digitize, and modernize old tapes and files.
