Which V-Ray versions do you support?

All of them. V-Ray 5, V-Ray 6, and the latest V-Ray 7 releases across 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, Revit, Cinema 4D, Rhino, Houdini, and Modo. If you have legacy scenes in older versions, we can migrate them forward for free.

CPU or GPU rendering?

Whichever fits your project best. V-Ray GPU is fantastic for interactive look development and fast turnarounds. V-Ray CPU still wins on complex hair, volumetrics, and massive scenes. We will recommend the right one on our kickoff call.

Do I need to send you my scene file?

If you have one, yes — it speeds things up. If not, we are happy to build the scene from scratch based on your brief, drawings, or references. Most of our archviz clients send us Revit or SketchUp files and let us handle everything from there.

How fast can you deliver?

Single hero shots: 3 business days. 10-shot project packs: 5-7 days. Full development packages (50+ images): 2-3 weeks. Rush deliveries can be expedited for a small premium.

Can you migrate scenes from other engines to V-Ray?

Yes. We translate scenes from Corona, Arnold, Mental Ray, Cycles, and Enscape into V-Ray regularly. Materials, lights, cameras — we handle the entire translation pipeline and deliver a ready-to-render V-Ray scene.

Can I see a sample render before committing?

Absolutely. Send us a reference and we will render one V-Ray test frame for free. Love it? We proceed. Not feeling it? No hard feelings, no questions asked.

Do you sign NDAs?

Always. Your unreleased designs and brand work stay safe. Send your NDA alongside the brief and we will turn it around within 24 hours.
