Do you offer design for manufacturing (DFM) feedback?

Absolutely. This is one of our most valued services. Our engineering team will review every design at no cost and provide specific recommendations to reduce costs, improve manufacturability, shorten lead times, and enhance part performance. This is standard for all quotes.

What quality inspection do you provide?

Every order includes a Certificate of Compliance (CoC). We provide full dimensional inspection reports, material certificates, heat treat certificates, and CMM inspection data upon request. For critical parts, we offer 100% inspection at no additional charge for production orders.

What is your minimum order quantity?

No minimums. We happily produce single prototype parts all the way up to production runs of 100,000+ pieces. Our pricing is tiered, so you automatically get better rates as quantities increase. There are no setup charges for orders over 100 pieces.
